AML and Personal Data Protection Junior Specialist

The ideal candidate will have following skills and attributes:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in area: Economy, Law, Administration,
  • knowledge of English in speech and writing on B2/C1 level,
  • AML and Personal Data Protection experience in the financial and banking area,
  • team working and communication skills,
  • ability to work under pressure of time,
  • knowledge of Italian language would be appreciated.

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the the AML/CFT process, in particular the performance of obligations resulting from the AML / CFT legislation,
  • participation in the process of risk assessment of the Company's clients in terms of AML/CFT,
  • participation in the process of monitoring, assessing and reporting transactions suspected of AML /CFT,
  • participation in the process of reporting issues of AML / CFT to corporate bodies of the Company,
  • participation in the process of ensuring the protection of personal data by the Company, in particular the implementation of obligations resulting from the legislation in this area (RODO),
  • other tasks and responsibilities determined by the superior, including those related to Compliance.
